The Peoples Democratic Party has accused the All Progressive Congress of mounting pressure on the Independent National Electoral Commission to alter results of the Saturday’s presidential election in its favour.
Director of Media of the PDP campaign, Dele Momodu, who addressed journalists in Abuja on Monday said
APC has failed to record the 25% votes in 24 states of the federation as required by law.
“We have it that APC is currently making attempts to shore up votes from Lagos and we have a video for that,” Momodu said
Asking INEC “to resist this pressure being mounted on them,” the PDP said the APC is doing all within its means to cheat in Lagos because without Lagos, there is no way for APC.
He said that the candidate of the APC, Bola Tinubu has led only in the South-West saying that no one can become President with victory in only one zone.
