Nigeria’s Afrobeat singer, Tiwa Savage, has on Monday caught the fancy of netizens with her courtesy during her encounter with former Nigerian Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, at the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States.
Tiwa Savage met with Osinbajo at the event with the singer, in a moment captured and shared on Instagram, seen going on her knees to greet the ex-Vice President.
The Lagos-born queen of afrobeats engaged in a brief conversation with the Osinbajo who ushered her to sit beside him.
Tiwa Savage’s greeting of the ex-Vice President which was a typical Yoruba manner and culture of greeting elderly ones had attracted commendations from netizens.
Some were however impressed with her appearance at the occasion.
