Afrobeat singer David Adeleke (Davido) has weighed in on calls for the release of social media activist and influencer Martin Otse popularly called VeryDarkMan after he was picked up by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
Davido said in a tweet Sunday afternoon via his X handle that it is good to fight for good causes noting that this has earned VDM a massive call for his release.
NPO Reports that VDM was picked up after he went to a branch of the GT Bank on Friday with his mother who had accused the bank of illegally deducting her salaries from the beginning of this year.
