Rivers State Government Seals Off Atiku’s Campaign Office in Portharcourt

The crisis rocking the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) took another dimension on Friday as the Rivers State Governor, Nyesome Wike ordered the sealing of Atiku-Okowa presidential campaign office in Porthacourt.

It was gathered that,the office, located at the GRA axis of Port Harcourt, was sealed off for producing noisy political activities in residential areas without approval from the State government.

Mr Wike had sealed off the campaign office based on Executive Orders 21 and 22.

This is coming barely 24hrs when the governor promised to reveal his preferred presidential candidate in January.

Governor Wike also promised to move from one state to another to campaign for his candidate
