Troops of the of Nigerian Army have nabbed a soldier allegedly smuggling ammunition from the military base to terrorists’ camp.
The soldier who was alleged to be a repentant Boko Haram member was captured by other soldiers over suspicious activities at their military base which could not be confirmed as at the time of filing this report.
A thorough search on his body led to the discovery of several rounds of bullets.
As seen in a now viral video shared on X on Tuesday, the erring soldier concealed the ammunition around the waistline of his inner trousers.
The soldiers, after tearing the trousers discovered several stolen rusty bullets which according to one of the soldiers indicated that the bullets were stolen and concealed in the trousers long time ago by the suspect.
