Nigerian TikToker, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has fired back at critics, over his alleged assault on her girlfriend and content creator, Jarvis.
NPO Reported that the duo had on Sunday night engaged in argument after attending Seyi Vibez Homecoming Concert in Lagos Island.
Peller could be seen shoving Jarvis during a heated argument captured in livestream.
Another clip from the livestream showed the moment the TikToker attempted to force Jarvis in the car.
This had left content creator infuriated as she walked out on Peller.
The drama had however sparked mixed reactions from netizens with some claiming Peller was only trying to protect Jarvis from mob who had hovered around their car in demand for money.
Some X users on the other hand called out the TikToker over alleged assault against Jarvis.
Reacting in a post on his Instagram handle, Peller slammed the critics who he accused using a 30-second clip out of his six hours long livestream to paint him in a bad light.
“I streamed almost six hours, but a 30-second clip with good intention is being pushed to paint me wrongly. This happens often; negative clips get picked while the hours of work and joy are ignored.
“I’m just 20, still figuring life out, trying to provide for myself and my family. Sometimes it feels like people don’t care if I break down or even lose myself in the process
“I’ve never seen a 20-year-old dragged, put down, and torn apart like I am… but every single time, I rise again.” He wrote.
