French President, Emmanuel Macron, has on Wednesday invited President Bola Tinubu to a working private lunch at the Elysee Palace in Paris.
Recall that Tinubu had last week departed Nigeria for his annual leave.
The President who had since made his vacation private however made a public appearance at the Elysee Palace today.
As seen in a post shared on X, Tinubu was received by a delightful Macron on arrival.
The Nigerian and French Presidents were captured with the hands clasped together as they made their way into the palace.

Few minutes later, Tinubu, in a post on his X handle, shared his experience at the Elysee Palace with Macron.
Tinubu disclosed that they had a productive lunch where they reviewed key areas of cooperation between Nigeria and France.

While both countries had over the years established cordial relationship, Macron personally hold Nigeria in high regards on account of his personal relationship with the country before becoming the President.
Tinubu on the other hand had also made France his most preferred country where had always travelled to while on annual leave.
