Human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has appeared at the Federal High Court in Abuja for the hearing of bail application of Nigerian businessman, Linus Ifejika, popularly known as BLord.
Ifejika was earlier this month remanded by the court and had been in Kuje prison over his ongoing case with Nigerian social media influencer and activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan.
The feud between the duo had over the past few months transcended into litigation battle as VDM dragged Ifejika to court over charges bordering on criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and alleged unauthorised use of the image of social media critic.
Following Ifejika’s remand, Sowore had intervened in the case, expressing solidarity withh the businessman.
He would appear in court on Friday for the hearing of Ifejika’s bail application.
As captured in a video shared on his X handle, Sowore arrived at the court’s premises with members of his #RevolutionNow Movement.
Ifejika would also be seen in the court room as the businessman wearing Igbo native attire exchanged pleasantries with the activist.
