The remains of late veteran Nollywood actor, Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has arrived at the Ilaro Central Mosque ahead of his burial at his hometown in Ogun State.
Hassan’s body reportedly arrived at the mosque on Sunday night, few hours after the his demise.
NPO Reported that the actor passed away around 3:00pm yesterday after prolonged battle with Stage Four cancer.
The news of his death was announced in a livestream by his visibly devasted daughter, Kira Taiwo.
This had since attracted tribute from Nollywood stars and fans across the country.
In accordance to Islamic rite, the late Hassan is due to be buried today in Ilaro with several colleagues and associates of the late actor expected to grace the event.
