President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday ruled out a third term rumour in office.
He made this known while speaking at a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.
The parley was held on the margins of the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Kigali, Rwanda.
Buhari reiterated his respect for the maximum term limit in the Nigerian Constitution.

The PM had asked if the Nigerian leader would run for office again.
“Another term for me? No! The first person who tried it didn’t end very well”, he replied
On insecurity, Buhari said after the Muammar Gadaffi regime, armed guards in countries in the Sahel have been causing havoc.
“The only thing they know how to do is to shoot guns”, he said
