As the Big Brother Naija draws curtain today for this year’s season, all eyes are on the six finalists—Adekunle, Cee C, Cross, Mercy, Ilebaye and Pere to see who would go home with the N120m cash prize.
Based on the support they have been getting on social media, as well as endorsements by celebs, NPO special report takes a look at possible winners of this season of the show
*Adekunle*
Adekunle Olopade is arguable the strongest male contender of the All Stars season. In the course of the game, he has endeared many to himself because of his intelligence and competitive nature.
He was the first Head of House of the season, and has won many tasks.
Cee C
Cynthia Nwadiora, aka Cee C, is another housemate who has a many fans rooting for her. Unlike most other housemates, Cee C has played the game without having any major alliance.
Though Cee C made it to the finals by finding the black envelope that earned her immunity from eviction, many of her fans have opined that she would still have made it to the finals because of her strong fan base.
With over three million followers on Instagram, she indeed has the numbers to help her finish well.
Ilebaye
Ilebaye Odiniya has proven to be a strategic player this season, despite facing challenges in forming relationships within the house. However, she managed to navigate those obstacles and gained popularity among fans after it was perceived that she was being bullied by other housemates. While some have accused her of playing a ‘pity game’, many supporters outside the house are rooting for her to win.
A former contestant on the 2019 edition of the show, Natacha Akide, aka Tacha, has been drumming up support for Ilebaye. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), she wrote, “At this point, I just hope Ilebaye wins.”
Other ex-housemate, such as Whitemoney, Uriel, Omashola and Chizzy, have all described her as a worthy contender for the grand prize.
Ilebaye has also shown intelligence by once winning the Head of House games, and earning N1m in the HFM task. Although she has just 509k followers on Instagram, her loyal fan base seems dedicated and passionate about supporting her with votes to win the game.
