Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi are among the key attendants as political figures are set to host a consultative meeting.
The meeting was organized by the National Political Consultative group (North).
Atiku took to his X handle on Sunday, to announce his arrival at the event taking place at the Abuja Continental Hotel.
“H.E. Peter Obi and I just arrived at the Abuja Continental Hotel for the National Political Consultative Group (North) event. -AA” he wrote
In the video which he posted, he could be seen shaking hands with former Anambra state governor, Peter Obi, alongside other stakeholders who came to acknowledge his presence at the event.
NPO reports that Atiku, Obi, and former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai had officially announced a team up under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
