Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates, Tram and Nomy, have made moves to end their prolonged dispute following weeks of heated exchanges in the house.
The development came after Tram approached Nomy for a private conversation, where he expressed his desire to put their differences aside and “squash their beef.”
During the discussion, Tram pointed out that he and Nomy share similar personalities, describing her as feisty and stubborn like himself.
He said their similarities could have made them good friends if they had been more willing to understand each other and communicate their differences.
“You’re feisty, just like me. We’re very similar. We’re very stubborn. I feel like maybe we could be really good friends but I find it impossible because I naturally never find the will to explain myself just like you do,” he told Nomy.
Tram also advised Nomy to stay on what he called the “right side” of the house, noting that the remaining weeks of the competition would not be easy.
Nomy, however, appeared guarded about the reconciliation attempt, making it clear that she did not consider Tram someone worth holding a grudge against.
She described him as “irrelevant” to her, indicating that she was not as invested in their disagreement as Tram seemed to believe.
The peace talk comes after several confrontations between the pair, which had made their relationship one of the more volatile in the house.
One of their major clashes happened in the salon after Tram repeatedly sprayed air freshener around Nomy. She retaliated by spraying it back, with the situation eventually resulting in the air freshener hitting Tram in the eye.
What started as a minor disagreement soon turned into an exchange of insults, forcing other housemates to intervene as the argument threatened to become physical.
The tension later took a more personal turn when Nomy accused Tram of being bitter over her rejection of his romantic advances.
Both housemates also exchanged jabs about their personal lives, with Nomy questioning Tram’s social and financial standing, while Tram mocked her accent and challenged some of the claims she had made about her travels.
The verbal exchange continued as Nomy accused Tram of making it into the Big Brother house through luck and dragged his father into the argument. Tram, in response, took a swipe at Nomy’s age and her previous attempts to get on the show.
Their disagreement also spilled into Nomy’s relationship with other housemates, particularly Temi, whom she confronted over her continued closeness with Tram despite being aware of their strained relationship.
Tram’s latest move therefore represents a notable shift from the hostility that has defined his relationship with Nomy since their earlier clashes.
While the conversation appears to have opened the door for peace between the two, Nomy’s reaction suggests that she remains cautious about the situation and Tram’s intentions as the competition enters another crucial stage.
