Nigerian music stars Daniel Benson, popularly known as BNXN, and Ahmed Ololade, aka Asake, have released their first-ever collaborative single titled Eja Meja.
BNXN announced the release in a post on his verified X handle on Thursday, sharing a link to the song across streaming platforms.
The newly released track serves as the lead single from his forthcoming extended play (EP).
The collaboration marks the first official joint release between the Afrobeats stars, whose individual projects have enjoyed massive commercial success both in Nigeria and internationally.
Following the release, fans took to X to celebrate the collaboration, with many describing Eja Meja as a song they had long anticipated while praising the chemistry between both artistes.
One X user, Adigun Okikiola Yussuf, wrote: “I knew whatever you both were cooking was gonna be a blast.”
Several other fans also shared clips from the song and expressed excitement over the long-awaited collaboration.
