The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal for status quo antebellum filed by the David Mark-led faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In a judgement delivered by the apex court on Thursday, the jury ordered the return of the case bordering on the party’s leadership crisis to the trial court.
