The Dangote Refinery has again dropped its petrol ex-depot price from N828 to N699 per litre.
This was disclosed in a real-time market data published on Petroleumprice.ng on Friday.
According to the report, the refinery, in a major downward review, slashed the Premium Motor Spirit price by N129 per litre.
This represents a 15.58 per cent reduction from the old while.
While the Dangote Group is yet to formally announce the development, an official of the refinery, who spoke to PUNCH Online on condition of anonymity confirmed the adjustment.
He said, “The refinery has reduced petrol gantry price to N699 per litre.
The new price which marked the 20th petrol price adjustment announced this year by the refinery reportedly took effect yesterday.
