A yet-to-be identified man has publicly challenged a House of Representatives member, Mike Etaba, accusing him of taking his wife to his hotels.
The visibly enraged man stormed one of the hotels owned by the lawmaker representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency where he found him and his wife in a car.
As captured in a video share on Facebook on Friday the man could be seen warning Ataba against asking his wife out, accusing him of destroying his matrimonial home.
“I told you to stay away from my wife. You are a useless man.
“You destroyed my home. You are a useless man. That is what you are.” He said in the clip.
A brief scuffle would break out between the duo before the lawmaker suddenly decided to walk away from the man.
While leaving Etaba after the confrontation, the enraged husband went to challenge his wife who was sitting in front of the lawmaker’s car.
Addressing her husband, the lady denied having affairs with the lawmaker. claiming she was only invited to render massage service.
“I didn’t go to anywhere. Ask her. I went to the massage. We didn’t go to hotel.” She said.
Meanwhile, attached to the video was another clip of the lawmaker and the lady in another hotel where the man caught them again.
This time, Etaba could be heard in the clip threatening to arrest the aggrieved husband of the lady who in reaction disclosed that he had filed petition against the lawmaker.
The video had attracted mixed reactions from netizens with some trolling the man while others slammed the lawmaker.
