Residents of Ojelabi Street in Ogba area of Lagos state were on Monday evening thrown in a state of panic after two-storey school building collapsed.
The incident captured in a viral video showed how the scary moment the building crumbled within seconds, sending residents scampering for a safety as thuck dust filled the air.
Some of the residents and passersby rushed to the scene few minutes after the incident.
Fortunately, no casualty was recorded as an eye witnessed confirmed to NPO Reports that all the students and staff of the school were successfully evacuated.
Videos recorded afte the collapse cpature rubbles and ruins of what is left from the school buliding.
Following the incident, the Lagos State Government immediately sealed the nearby buildings within the premiss of the collapsed school with occupants of the building ordered to evacuate.
