Says Nigerian Culture Has Traveled Far

The National Pension Commission’s (PenCom) Chairman, Opeyemi Agbaje, has bagged a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration at the first Italian Digital University, Unimarconi, in Rome.
Agbaje announced the feat in a post shared on his Instagram handle on Saturday.
The PenCom boss was decorated with the award at the graduation ceremony held at the Italian capital city.
In a caption attached to the post, Agbaje expressed his delight with the spread of Nigerian culture across the world as he disclosed being hailed by graduants from other African countries with popular Nigerian words like ‘Oga’ and ‘Odogwu’.
“The Africans in the hall were hailing me ‘”Oga”, “Odogwu”…in Rome. Nigerian culture has travelled across Africa.” Agbaje wrote.
Meanwhile, the PenCom, in a separate post, disclosed graduating alongside two other Nigerians.
The graduants, as identified by Agbaje, include Dr Suleiman Barau, Chairman of GTBank Holdco. and former Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) Deputy Governor; and Michael Echezona, Head Logistics and Supply Chain (West Africa) COSCO Shipping Lines.
