A young boy has been caught in a viral video emptying a bag of refuse in the Lagos Lagoon.
As captured in a video shared on X on Thursday, the yet-to-be identified boy could be seen dumping the refuse in the lagoon from the popular Carter Bridge in Idumota area of the state.
Subsequent clips showed the trash floating on the water.
This had since sparked outrage from netizens who condemned the action while calling on the Lagos state government’s intervention.
Others however blamed the state government for the poor waste management in the state.
