Abuja-based real estate mogul, King Muhammed Adah, popularly known as Ochacho, has gifted the newly wedded Nigerian content creators, Peller and Jarvis, a N400 million worth of mansion in celebration of their marriage.
Ochacho announced the gift to the couple during their grand traditonal wedding on Saturday in Lagos.
The realtor joined the list of other dignitaries to gift Peller and Jarvis.
In his address, Ochacho disclosed that he came to the decision to gift the content creators the property following discussion with his children.
“I and my family left everything we are doing in Abuja just to come through for Peller because he is an inspiration to them Ice King generation.
“So for that, I rubbed minds with my sons and asked that what can we do for Peller? They said Daddy, we want Peller to be staying close to Palace Seven.
“The houses that are close to Palace Seven, no one is less than N400 million.
“So, what do we do? They said Dad, Peller and Jarvis deserve the mansion.” He said.
The businessman thereafter declare the couple a property owner at the Palace Seven estate.
A visibly elated Peller expressed his gratitude to the realtor over the gesture as he recounted hoe he had invited him to his wedding.
“God bless you Sir. When we met at Soso’s wedding, I was jokingly inviting you to my wedding. I did not know that you will come. But you surprised me.” He said.
