Scores of Female Students Abducted as Bandits Attack Kebbi Girls Secondary School Abduct Scores

Scores of female students of Maga Comprehensive Girls’ Secondary School in Kebbi State have been abducted by suspected bandits following attack on the school,

The suspects bandits were reported to have stormed the school premises in the early hours of Monday.

They opened fire on arrival at the school, killing the school’s Vice Principal, Malam Hassan Yakubu Makuku, while abducting an unspecified number of female students.

The incident occurred around 5:52am when the students were preparing for their morrning routine.

According to reports, the school guard was also injured during the attack which had since left the community in a state of panic.

However, residents noted that the terrorists have not gone far and are urging the Federal and State governments to take urgent action to rescue the girls.
