Leads Protesters Over Insecurity, Hardship

Human rights activists and social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has led protest against insecurity and economic hardship shortly after arriving in Nigeria.
The activist who had been out of the country landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Wednesday evening.
Wearing a shirt with the inscription ‘Tinubu has failed Nigeria’, VeryDarkMan was received by members of his Ratel Movement and activists who awaited his arrival at the airport.
They proceeded with the late protest from the airport into the capital city.
In a clip of the night protest shared on X, VDM and the protesters stormed the Nigerian Air Force formation to make known their agitation.
He slammed the security operatives over attempt to restrain the protesters as he called out the federal government over the kidnapped Oyo schoolchidren and teachers as well as other unresolved abduction cases across the country.
“They keep raping our women. They keep taking our children. They have beheaded a teacher. 39 children are still in the bush. Till now, nothing has been done. And you are here holding gun. Are you not ashamed?” He said.
VDM and the protesters charged the air force to channel their energy on rescuing the kidnapped vicitms in the forest.
