The Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos state, has revoked the bail granted to Nigerian Agribusiness promoter, Ayodele Toyosi, over forged medical report.
This was disclosed in a post shared on X by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to the post, the presiding judge, Justice Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe, had at the hearing of the case on Tuesday revoked the bail following the discovery of the report being manipulated.
Toyosi, a promoter of Reaprite Global Limited and Agrorite Limited, was arraigned by the EFCC over alleged N600 million and $50,000 investment fraud.
