The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has debunked an advertisement circulating on social media for recruitment for officers by the commission.
EFCC, in a post shared on its X handle on Monday, labelled the advertisement as fake.
The commission urged members of the public to beware of the false recruitment claim.
‘This is false news. Beware.’ EFCC wrote on the purported fake e-flier advertisement.
As seen in the e-flier, the anti-graft agency was alleged to be recruiting officers for vacant positions such as Detective Assistant, Detective Inspector, and Detective Superintendent.
