The Nigerian Police Force has explained reason behind the delay in the processing and issuance of tinted glass permit.
While acknowledging the concerns regarding delays in processing the permits, the Police Specialized Services Automation Project (POSSAP), in a statement issued on its official X handle on Friday, explained that the delays are largely due to the high volume of applications received during this period.
POSSAP assured applicants of ongoing effort to ensure the timely processing and approval of the permit.
It urged them to follow all portal instructions to enable faster service delivery.
The statement read; “The Police Specialized Services Automation Project (POSSAP) acknowledges the concerns regarding delays in processing Tinted Glass Permits. These delays are largely due to the high volume of applications received during this period.
“We are working diligently to ensure timely processing and approvals within due time. Applicants are kindly urged to follow all portal instructions carefully to enable faster service delivery.
“We appreciate your patience, trust, and cooperation as we enhance efficiency in serving you.”
