An X user who accused Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, of pimping girls to politicians have aplogised to the actress over the post.
NPO earlier Reported that the X user simply identified as Femzy, who accused Badmus of being a private pimp.
Femzy had in the post shared on his X handle on Thursday accused the actress of exploiting young girls and pimping them with top directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians.
In reaction, Badmus vowed to take action against the X user as she denied the allegation.
She vowed to report the case to authorities as the actress ruled out forgiving the Femzy.
“This is the attention you’ve been craving for,so let’s get in to it….this is a false accusation and Authorities will step in.
“Let it be known that we do not forgive in this zone” Badmus said.
Shortly after the actress’ reaction, the X user would take to his handle to apologise Badmus.
He admited that his earlier post containing the allegation was made without evidence.
Femzy expressed regret over the post as he apologised to the actress, her fans, and everyone affected by the post.
“I sincerely apologize to Ms. Eniola Badmus, her family, friends, fans, and everyone affected by my recent tweet.
“The post accusing her of exploitation, linking young girls to movie and political figures, and pimping was wrong, irresponsible, and made without evidence.
“I deeply regret spreading such damaging and false information.” He wrote.
