The Independent National Electoral Commission has resumed the uploading of results of the governorship election held on Saturday.
The resumption started almost two hours after what appeared like freeze giving rife to speculations that there were moves from some unnamed quarters to halt the process.

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Accord Party had called on President Bola Tinubu to instruct the commission to proceed with the uploading and conclude the exercise.
This was just as his nephew David Adeleke popularly called Davido mounted pressure on the commission to resume the collation of results.
